What do you do when it's 103 degrees out at 7:30 at night? You have a Nerf war!

Of course Sam wanted to be in the middle of the action! He loves chewing on the Nerf bullets, so he was not going to miss out on this!

Millie came up to Andrew tonight and asked if he wanted to play Nerf with her. She had two guns. One for her and one for him. He didn't know what Nerf was. Millie showed him how to load it up, pull it back here and fire. Oh, boy was he excited! The Nerf war was on!!

  1. It is such a blessing to see Andrew enjoying having siblings and a loving family. Praise God for the joy on his sweet face!

  2. I have been following your blog through No Greater Joy's blog. I am so happy for you and your family! It's wonderful to see him home. I will continue to pray for you all- especially Andrew! Your family is beautiful. Congratulations to you all!

  3. I am a new follower through No Greater Joy also. I love reading both of your postings so much! You make me want to be a better Christian. I was an adopted child also. My mother found this poem in the adoptions agency:

Not flesh of my flesh, nor one of my bone,
    Yet still, miraculously, my own.
Never forget, for a single minute,
You didn't grow under my heart, but in it.
